Shipment, Return, and Cancellation Policy

 

• Returns will be accepted only for products that are damaged/manufacturing defect /dead on arrival/short shipment/in-correct product. In above mentioned scenarios, the consumer is requested to either send an email to support@tezerac.com within 36 hours of delivery or registered user can log in to the account and raise a 'Return’ request. Any complaint after 36 hours will not be accepted.

• Once the return request is approved by our team, to provide hassle free return solution, we shall coordinate with shipping partners to pick up the product from the delivered address. Customer should ensure that returned product is unused, in its original packaging, and along with the price tags, labels, freebies & accessories. If above conditions are not fulfilled, then the product will not be considered for return.

• In case of a product, which user wants to return because of any reasons but there were no manufacturing defects, then refund will be processed for the same after deducting shipping charges for delivery and reverse pick up charges.

• Order can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Post this period, the cancellation will not be allowed. 2.5% will be charged on total amount in case of order cancelled.

•Manufacturing delay is possible as every product is handcrafted, once the order is confirmed. We would request the customer to keep 10 days buffer period from the expected delivery date. No order can be cancelled citing ‘delay in delivery’ as the reason

• For products which are manufactured on order, there may be variation in delivery timeline. We request customers to consider a buffer of 10 days.

•Every furniture product is packed in an efficient manner using strong wooden crating. This is done to protect the product against damages caused during the transit. We would request the customer to open the packaging by self.

• We (Tezerac) hold the right to take the final decision on case-to-case basis.
